Wish I could take a picture of the house but I can’t put it on here. Hands-down the best experience that I’ve ever had owning a home and dealing with roofers. The attention to detail and Mike doing everything he can to make this job turn out better than my house looked even before I needed to redo the roof. We received top notch service from beginning to end. Our insurance claim roof specialist, Shawn, is well experienced, knowledgeable, detailed orientated, responsive, courteous, and patience. He walked us through the whole process step-by-step; answering all questions and giving multiple options to meet our needs. Sean C and Dustin provided excellent customer service start to finish!! They were both involved the whole way and took care of all the details for us! Dustin did a fantastic job with the video of our roof and we saw what storm damage we had. He explained the whole process to us start to finish. Sean set us up with the perfect roof replacement. We are so very pleased with the way the new roof looks on the house! Absolutely beautiful! Sean had everything set up and ready to go the day of the replacement. We started to have stains in our ceilings. We thought the roof was old and needed replacement. Alex came to the house and after inspecting, he determined it was storm damage that had caused roof leaks. He met with our adjuster and we had payment within a week. We were amazed. We had difficulty with the solar company removing panels. Alex had contacted them as well. After they finally removed panels, Alex had his awesome team at my house the next day to replace the roof. The gentlemen were great. Clean and efficient. Alex handled everything from start to finish and is was by far, the best contracted service we have ever had. They definitely went above and beyond. We will be recommending Regal Roofing to anyone that asks. Thanks for having great people in your roster.

I admit that I was a little skeptical when I was approached by Regal Roof's Brady Whitaker with his offer to give me a free roof inspection on my 18-year-old. home. Brady brought me detailed pictures of my roof, showing hail damage that I was not aware of and offered to provide his findings to my home insurance provider. In days, the insurance company had sent their own inspectors out to verify Brady's findings and a short time later, had informed me that my roof was completely warranted for full replacement. Within a few weeks, Brady and his incredible team of professional installers spent a total of 2 days doing a complete replacement of my roof, and I could not be happier with the job that they did. I not only had a beautiful new roof on my home, but also had the comfort of knowing that the value of my home had just appreciated many tens of thousands of dollars. I have had many dealings with a variety of businesses in my life and can honestly say that this was one of the most professional groups I have ever dealt with. Brady was extremely friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Brady was simply a joy to work with, as were his amazing team of installers. While I don't expect to have my roof replaced ever again, it sure is a relief to know that Regal Roof will be there if I do.

When Alex knocked my door in reference to an inspection I was hesitant, but Alex introduced himself in a highly professional manner, and informed me about himself and Regal Roofing. He ended up selling me not with some cheesy sales pitch, but with his knowledge, Kindness, and respectable manners. He walked me through the process step by step and turned what I thought would be a nightmare in dealing with my homeowners insurance into a painless process. I highly recommend Alex and Regal Roofing to everyone. I asked Alex for some extra business cards, and I give them out to everyone!!!!
